From a practical user standpoint, it is a no brainer. We use it for more than listings (selling a car?) and it works very well. While not every lead is converted, we are getting actionable and verifiable contact info. If the person does not answer when we call immediately, we just send them a text. They will usually respond to this.
Phone numbers alone can help you run all kinds of intel on the caller within minutes of getting the text to figure out geo, background, etc. Try it out, you should be very pleased with the results. To Gabe and team, keep up the great work.
